All prices exclude VAT

All (additional) hire needed i.e tables, chairs, tablecloths, cutlery,

glassware and crockery at an additional cost (external supplier & subject to availability)

Additional buffet set up fee for larger groups. Excludes serving staff & waitrons.

Transportation costs to and from venue. Call out fee applicable for Venues/locations

outside of Cape Town. We do not supply gazebos, tents and marquee structures of any kind.

Service fee for weddings to cover extended time at the event

50% deposit required to secure your booking/date.Dates are based on availability.

Bookings are highly essential as dates are offered on a first come first serve basis.

All outstanding balances must be settled at least seven (7) days prior to the event date.

No changes to menu or quantities will be allowed 5 days prior to the event.

All prices are subject to change without notice unless formally communicated or invoiced.

Cancellations within 2 months prior to event will be charged at 10% and within a month 20%

will be charged. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled event will be subject

to a 100% cancellation fee, the full invoice amount will remain payable.


A service fee will be charged for events that exceed the expected serving time,

standard serving duration two (2) hours. Services rendered on Sundays and Public Holidays

are subject to higher rates. A 10% inflation applicable during the peak season for the months of November, December and January.

Extended Terms & Conditions

The company will not be held liable for delays or non-performance due to force majeure event (eg. Strikes, power outages, extreme weather, government restrictions).

The client assumes responsibility for any damages caused by guests to catering equipment or hired goods.
Food safety and quality is guaranteed only items prepared and served by WeBraai, we do not accept liability for food supplied by third parties or food consumed outside the recommended service window.

Client must ensure the venue provides safe and adequate facilities including food preparation/staging
areas, power and drinkable water supply (if required), secured parking and reasonable access for vehicles and equipment.

The company accepts no liability for food taken off-site, stored incorrectly or consumed outside
the recommended consumption time.

Client must ensure all necessary permits, licenses and permissions are arranged in advanced.
Any delays caused by the client which exceeds the recommended stipulated serving time may result in additional charges.

Any delays caused by the venue or third-party suppliers may result in additional charges.
WeBraai reserves the right to subcontract services/alternative ingredients where necessary
(eg hired equipment, speciality chefs and external staff).

All intellectual property, branding and menus remain the property of WeBraai.
